MiDoctor

Using AI, MiDoctor is an app based in Mexico that helps connect users to nearby doctors. Users can type in their prompt and the AI will recommend a list of nearby doctors best suited to help.

For a specific target —

The app was designed to be light and minimal to ensure it's older users have a seamless and less disruptive experience.

The onboarding process mimics a chat-like experience, making the overall app feel seamless.The user is immediately introduced to the AI after onboarding.

A full-screen doctor card gives more details about the selected doctor and users have the option to immediately get in contact.

Early iterations —

The app went through several iterations to explore the best it for the target audience. Ultimately, we decided on a light color scheme as opposed to a dark one, so mature users don't feel obstructed by design that feels too heavy and to improve accessibility.

Design System —

I developed a Figma design system to streamline collaboration and enhance efficiency for our team. The system included code-integrated style guides and shared libraries that standardized styles, variables, and components. It enabled the reuse of assets, scaled seamlessly across themes and use cases, and facilitated collaboration through shared libraries and feedback. Updates were centralized, ensuring consistent application across the entire system.
